About The Position
FNP ONLY Credentialing = 2-3 weeks What ages do they see? 3 and older PPD: 8-12 PPD Who else works in the clinic? 3 MA’s for 2 Providers Active DEA is required Dispensary: Yes – clinic does dispense and provider can be presented and start with Dispensing LIC pending from NV Board of Pharmacy.. Process to obtain dispensing LIC = 2 wks Wellness Programs: Comprehensive health is the focus, ensuring patients are up to date with screenings, vaccines • Board Certification/National Certification in a related field required • Must possess a current and unrestricted license to practice medicine as a physician in the appropriate state • Min 2 years professional experience in Primary Care/Urgent Care • Must be proficient in the use of an electronic medical record; experience ECW is a plus • Must meet all state requirements and be licensed in good standing to practice medicine
